How much do Aquatica bathtubs weigh?

Solid surface baths are between 200-350lbs depending on the model. This means that they are light enough to not typically require floor reinforcement; however, they are heavier than acrylic tubs. You can find out the exact weight of each model in “Product Details” located under the images:

What are my payment options?

You can purchase Aquatica products by paying with ACH, eCheck, credit card, wire transfers, PayPal or Klarna.

Do you have a showroom?

Aquatica doesn’t operate showrooms. Our main focus is online sales considering that we have over 100 bathtub models. However, we welcome customers to visit our warehouse in Miami, Florida. Please keep in mind that it is by appointment only. To set up an appointment please call: +44 800 046 5844.

How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All our shipments are fully insured. Our 3rd party carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery date and require a signature upon delivery. For full delivery instructions please read: Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

We ship at a flat rate to all continental US zip codes. For more info check: Our Delivery Fees

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email from our logistics department with your tracking number and delivery instructions.

When will I receive my order? What is the lead time to receive Aquatica products?
